I can design a new website for you or else update your existing website. I can integrate your website with specialist software so that all your membership management (and more) can happen online. The information architecture of the website will be based on your needs.
Set up of member management system
Set up of membership types, payment gateways, member billing options, automated emails and renewal reminders, events structure and categories, member directory, forms, donations, shopping cart and more … MembershipWorks is fairly intuitive to use but it is not very intuitive to set up. I can do this for you and integrate with the website OR leave you to integrate with your own website if you are comfortable with shortcodes.
Additional content as required
I can add additional sales and landing pages and functions to your website as you need them. Based on my hourly rate.
Consulting on the business needs of your organisation
Your website and member management system are crucial elements in your operations. I am an experienced manager in the not for profit sector and can advise on how these elements may be optimised to meet your business needs.
Training
It is necessary for your organisation to have someone that is able to add new content to the website (blog, events) and someone who can operate the membership management system online. Basic knowledge of WordPress CRM is necessary. MembershipWorks is pretty intuitive if your management requirements are straightforward. However, I can offer training if needed.
Hosting and maintenance contract
I offer a hosting and maintenance package for your website. This keeps the website up to date and secure. It also gives you the option to make minor changes to the content and design without needing to pay a day rate.
